Hi there and thank you, Phaserlight, for your tutorial. Even if you are not easily understandable (you had your "reasons" explained - and I hope you recovered from your cold fast), your tutorial is great!
(Even if the training missions are - until my current state - very extensive in explanation, your work is valuable especially to those "having not enough time" to RTFM (read the f... manual) or mission descriptions)
For getting the video in maximum quality in Germany:

This service is loosely(?) related to onlinetvrecorder.com and made me download the blocked video in max quality (1080ΓΌ) - there was no way to choose and it took very, very long for the service to offer the download link, but it worked after all!
