Some people think your blood would either boil or freeze first. It all depends on who you ask.
Boil. Sort of. The drop in pressure would cause the nitrogen and oxygen in you blood stream to suddenly expand, giving the inpression it is boiling. Kinda like when a diver gets the bends but much worse, and very rapidly.
