Patching version vendetta-test3.4.6 to vendetta-beta3.5...

Does that mean we are officially not a test anymore? So when people complain we tell them that they're beta testers and not just "testers"?

Anyone having trouble getting connected? I downloaded the update, seemingly fine and then when I try to connect it says I'm complete, but the version is still 3.4.x something. When I click on Play Vendetta, it starts to connect and then just quits and closes???

I'm loving my new dual weaponed Centurion! I'm loving the Privateer/Elite feel to the whole thing! Damn, now I remember why I almost flunked Discrete Math back when I first got this game!

My only regret is that I have to wake up at 5:30 tomorrow to go to work. Maybe I'll call in sick...

Minor quibble: Any chance of getting some other non-pastel colors in there? I realize that if you gave us a full pallete half the population would pick black, but something other than lightish hues would would be cool.

Other than that, I can't contain my excitement. There might be no point in trying to sleep tonight...

If there was no AI wingman feature in vendetta(except for it to be limited to cargo hauling ships only), just think about it, a total player political environment here(or course bots are here to be shot at as well).

You see, a completely player to player interaction in an mmog is what got me hooked.

You have to bind n to nav and then you can use the navigation menu. To do this either:
1) type /bind n nav in the console
2) go to Options->Controls and press Defaults located in the lower right corner of the menu. This will delete all of your userdefined keyboard/mouse comfigurations though.

Help...i'm locked out of once was s12 or serco and am being warped around. And all the sectors i'm being warped to i'm locked out of what do i do...

Ok, I don't understand the chat system... what I say in global chat (t) seems to be just sector chat now. Sometimes I see nation chat but don't know how to use it. Shift-t doesn't work anymore. Now... How do I talk?

And another thing: I can't jump. The Jump sequence aborts after 1 second, so I'm stuck in the sector.

Ehm, someone should move this to bugs now... :)

It seems you can only jump while in physics mode. I'm not sure why though.

Gah! Please post bugs in the Bugs section, and post questions with *specific titles* here in General. There's so much excitement and info right now that everyone is asking the same things all over the place.
