Any hints are welcome !

You need to change theeee... weapons grouping or somesuch while on a station. I can't get in game right now to check it (the mobo is fried on my gaming PC :( replacement won't get here till like tuesday). I can't remember exactly how it's set up, but it's *something* like this:

Primary group 1
Primary group 2
Secondary group 1
Secondary group 2

What I do is put some light weapons I use for most combat (Like a pair of tachs or gauss or somesuch) in the Primary 1 and a missile or something in Secondary 1. You can spread stuff out, like if you've got a tach but want a railgun as backup you can put one in Primary 1 and another in Primary 2, with something in Secondary 1 still. But, as I understand it, you have to change some key bindings. I set the mousewheel up to select the 1's and mousewheel down to select the 2's. Then I've got my left mouse button set to fire primary and right to fire secondary. That way if you mousewheel up, you get the 1's and if you click left mouse, you fire Primary one and if you click right mouse, you get Secondary one. If you mousewheel down, you'll get the same for Primary and Secondary 2.

Now as I said, I'm not positive, so if someone else reads this, correct me if I'm wrong. You may need to play around a little with your bindings and whatnot.

one minor detail:

Primary 1
Primary 2
Secondary 1
Secondary 2
Secondary 3
Tertiary 1
Tertiary 2

These are the weapon groups you can assign weapons to. They are numbered 1 through 7 and can be accessed by using the number keys on your keyboard.
Bored's solution is very interesting, however, I bound other things to my mouse-wheel. The way he assigned weapons to a slot is logical and probably the most widely-used one. Oh, another thing: the middle mouse button (or clicking the wheel) will fire the tertiary weapon (mostly mines).

It would be interesting to make a bind to have the mouse-wheel scroll upwards/downwards in your weapons inventory, like in most today's FPS games. But that would require a bit of work, testing, and perhaps the frustration of realizing it won't ever work. Maybe I'll try...

Excuse me, but I try to talk about the behaviour of the missile. I know to fire it.
The matter is when I target the flying missile dont impact on the enemy (may be normal if the enemy do an evasive fligth), then turn in circle and find the enemy again until shoot.
I wish to know if exist a technique to shoot in better way.

Toshiro: if the player is an alpha tester, then yes, they can access the weapons from the number keys. If they are a beta tester, keys 1-0 are reserved for direct chat with the mission bot. I use $-) for my weapons groups.

The trick to using guided missiles (as I see it) is to fire before the target starts evading. Right now, if someone is aware of the incoming missile, it's not too hard to evade it, but this could work to your advantage.

Fire a bunch of guided missiles then while they are trying to get away, go in guns blazing and if they turn and fight you, maybe your missiles will catch them. Otherwise, they'll be too preoccupied with the missiles to dodge your guns.

Note, this is not good for dueling with anyone really skilled. There your best bet is good maneuvering combined with unguided rockets and high-powered energy weapons. (Actually your best bet in that case is to not get into the duel until you have the experience to handle them...) Really the only legitimate use of guided missiles right now is for botting or low level PvP, but maybe with a change of missile tracking they could be more formidable.
