New Guild: Coalition of Galactic Commerce and Cartography [CGCC]
I am considering a second attempt at formation of the guild this upcoming Friday evening, most likely between 11:00 PM and 01:00 AM by Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) (that's with daylight savings time). Anyone who would like to be included, be online at that time and /msg me ingame. If the people wanted for the guild's formation are not online at that time, it will be rescheduled for the Friday after.
A (not-so-)Brief overview of CGCC:
The Coalition of Galactic Commerce and Cartography is a guild designed with the purpose of maximizing profit through the acquisition and trafficking of information. The CGCC will strive to catalogue and track trade routes and the market's profit potential, study and utilize knowledge of the Universe's demographic and political climate, record and share navroutes, economic data and more.
The centerpiece of CGCC is a specialized trade chart and guild handbook, designed to give the most relevant and profitable data at a glance in the new, dynamicized economy. A small preview of the chart and what it looks like is here:
The complete chart, navroute database or trade handbook will not be made available to anyone outside of the guild except through contract or affiliation. If you want a measure of how useful the information contained in these resources is or will remain, I can assert that without using any hard pricing data, one can still make two million credits or more in an hour if they know how to use it (documentation is included). As useful as it is already, CGCC will continue to improve upon and expand its resources, keeping them up-to-date and competitively valuable.
The CGCC will be a fully multinational guild, and members of any nation can apply. However, only established players or characters with relatively good records will be admitted, and being on good terms with all nations is highly recommended (this is a universal guild, after all)
The founding members of CGCC will enjoy all of the above benefits at no fee. Subsequent members will be required to pay an enlistment fee of a yet undecided but sizable sum (not to worry – It won't be more than you can make up for in a few hours) to the Guild bank, so if you want to get in, it's better to get in right away when the guild starts.
The CGCC will offer affiliation with the following guilds on terms of information exchange, should they wish to accept it (exclusive exchange is a possibility – post here if you want to discuss): TGFT, SB, EnB
The Guilds SCAR, ITAN and VPR may also affiliate for information affecting their own areas of influence (Serco, Itani and UIT space respectively).

How would we know that this info is reliable?
If by reliable you mean accurate and truthful to the best of our ability, then I can assure you it is, however, unless you want to thoroughly investigate my claims without having all the facts first, you really have no choice but to simply trust me, or not.
If by reliable you mean steadfast and pertinent despite the impending changes to the economy, I can tell you that I did my best, but only the devs know the answer to that.

/me is interested in joining the guild. I'm admired by all nations and on good terms with all factions. However, I'll probably not be able to make it on Friday until about an hour after the window.

In fact, of all the charts I've consulted so far, that one is the LEAST useful of them all (and there are quite a few - I made certian my chart had more going for it than any of them... but then, that is an opinion.)
