As ex-commander of ONE i urge our members to show alacrity in ONE dealings in space.
Star Buck has been a Lieutenant for some time now, and I trust that some circumstance led him to attack.
But I cannot say too much, as i'm largely out of the game now. And no, I have not pissed off to play whatever that new game is, it was too much hard work, like Eve.

Work even have me having to use Vista at home :(

I have not heard any positive response to this inquiry.
It would appear that starbuck has more authority to ignore a pact than keria has to make one.
It would be better for a guild to not make a pact than to make it and then break it without cause.
[ONE] would be well advised to inform it's guild members of it's position, so that I do not have to listen to the typical "Why did you shoot me?" line from [ONE] members.
