I think I was hallucinating... but for the life of me, I can't find an In Progress thread that alienb started.
I saw it only hours before in the forum; I remember some posts from it, especially the post a1k0n made about how the defbots are changing, and mission system is a little more fleshed out in 3.4
I even remember players rejoicing over the possible "fix" for global chat, and how the new update will be educational experience for new players.

am I just blind and can't find the thread? or did I imagine the whole entire thread...

yes, that's an in progress thread, but it's not the latest one.
there was a very recent one, started by alienb.
it begins with alienb asking "what's up?", if that triggers anybody's memory

I recall that one very clearly. Actually, it seems like there is a sort of general disarray in the forums. I noticed it yesterday but assumed it was just me.

the missing thread is probably just a forum burp.
or perhaps it was removed... maybe the devs didn't want to see us sad when certain changes couldn't be implemented as soon as we thought

in any case I recall that thread very clearly, and whether anything on the thread is going to happen anytime "soon", the thread gives me nice hopeful thoughts.
