make it more like RPG games
1. we should be able to carry all our inventory in a little pouch
2. we should be able to cast spells at each other.
3. melee attacks! ranged-only makes for a boring game. space
swords or as has been suggested before, grappling arms, space
maces, etc.
4. everything should have a 'skill'. like when you shoot someone
with neutron guns, your 'neutron skill' should determine whether
you hit or not. if someone shoots at you, your 'dodge skill'
should decide whether you get hit or not.
5. we should all have explicit races. then our behavior and
attitudes would be totally shaped by our race. we can only go certain places and do certain things if we are of a certain race.
6. we need some blue babes with gigantic balloon breasts, and a msuclebound scantily clad he-man with a gigantic battle axe. put that on the cover of the next game and call it 'Vendetta 2: Call of Gunndar". maybe put a laser beam or ship in the background to indicate its a space game
7. there is too much freedom of movement. you should put up a bunch of 'warp barriers' in the systems so people cant just go wherever they want. like our president says, there is such a thing as too much freedom
8. more tolkien. every good game has tolkien in it. you should open up the lord of the rings to a random page and crib some words from it. be sure it ends in 'ron' or something. or 'aar'. lots of on and aar in there. maybe rename the serc to be 'Sercron' and Itani to 'Itanaar'. I would recommend the UIT become 'Bobbits'. You dont want to steal. Just draw inspiration.
9. add ninjas. nothing spices up a dying RPG like adding ninjas. dont be so eurocentric. I LIKE THE SHURIKEN.
10. add avatars. imagination is bad. we need to see everything. and make them have huge gigantic cartoon eyeballs, exaggerated physiques, and most importantly, they must wobble around when standing still slightly, so they look 'alive'.
11. encourage furry fan-fic. nothing announces that 'youve arrived' like having furry fan-fic. perhaps you could have a 'race of fox people' who go 'purrr' alot.
