Draug Targetlist does not seem to be pulling info from the top list. Is this intentional?

Sorry, Thetis. Unfortunately I haven't looked at this project since before Christmas. Trying to hack in all of the of the work-arounds necessary to make it work and then finding that certain essential parts just don't work kind of took the wind out of my sails. If you could post the error message you're getting, I could have a peek at it.

As for target list, it builds the list dynamically. It doesn't feed off of TopList.
