While cataloging the licenses for all the bots in Vendetta, I found that the Valent A-47 Assault bot has the licenses 6/3/0/4/0.

They need trade 4 for a fast charge battery. Actually, I guess the hive bots don't need licenses for anything (the Hive Queens will equip them w/ whatever they want), but the NPC traders have fast charge batteries (they have infiniturbo), but don't meet the license requirements for it (they don't have combat 4).
