While going to queen hunt, I jumped into Dau H-13 and to my surprise was an NPC called "*Ata Ralan" who was unaligned. Any of the Devs have any idea what this is about...oh, and hailing doesn't ellicit a response.

Most likely a player had just taken a recon/spy mission that involved the Hostage or Mind-Control situations.
