more capital ship bugs

Ok, spent about... 2 hours following the nemesis around tonight, got lots of screenies tho i havent sorted through them yet. (i'll do that later)

Some things i've noticed about it.

1. it misses its in-system jump graphics. Just like all the other ships did when that effect was first added, it is a few degrees "off-center" when it warps.

2. The inertia of the nose is very.. well noticable. When its making course corrections on its long flight through the WH sectors from Sol to Betheshee and Beth to Giera you can see the nose swinging back and forth across its line of travel as the AI attempts to point the ship at the WH. Its very slow (about 2000 meters per arc, so 4000 meters to go from max left of center to max right of center)

3. If it hits ANYTHING when it makes an in system jump, it emerges on the other side as a flaming wreck and explodes. macguyserco was flying along inside it's docking bay when it jumped. when it arrived in the next sector, it arrived as wreckage.

as soon as i have screenshots i'll find somewhere to host them and put up links for you guys. devs i'll also mail them direct to you in .tga form if you want anything particular. just ask. :)

Seems to do a decent job serving up photos as far as free servers go.

some more things i've noticed. following this thing is actually kinda fun. :)

4. The ship is very sensitive to hitting an asteroid. when it does it spins all out of control way out of proportion to the speed it smacked the asteroid at.

5. the fin on the bottom seems to be the most common thing that hits asteroids, followed by the nose as it swings back and forth as described in #2 above.

6. Its wingmen dont time out after it dies. Every time a capship dies the wingmen make thier way to whichever station it was headed to, and the next time it goes there they all form up on it. it currently has 4 sets of escorts at each station. :)
