Or at least I think it's a server bug, but this morning, I've logged on for five minutes, the server stops responding, and eventually kicks me off. It has also been very laggy preceeding these sudden malfuntions. Anyone know what's wrong?

Yes I am having the same problem right now.

Yeah, it's continued throughout today, with the addition of not being able to connect to Vendetta Online, the update program not being able to connect to the update server, and a general lagginess.

Probably related to http://www.vendetta-online.com/x/msgboard/2/9618 As usual, blame cogent.

Yeah, we had a few internet connectivity dropouts yesterday which might have something to do with our ISP's maintenance.. We'll find out more tonight.

I all of the sudden jump from a 150 ping to a 1000 ping. Well that is not entirely true, it is more something like 150 , 1 minute later 350, couple minutes later 600 then another couple minutes later 1000... etc it goes up untill 1400...

Still experiencing 300+ ping times consistently. Seriously affecting game playability.

I was botting in serco space tonight, and I ran into some very, very, very high ping times. I was fighting a tycorp, then all of a sudden my ship just started spinning in place. Needless to say, I was ripped apart by the bot, but when I boomed, I still sat there spinning. I checked my ping, and it was over 80,000?!?!

Afterwards, I was running into sectors that wouldn't let me jump out every ten minutes or so. Seemed to be completely random. I could move around just fine, turbo, chat, etc... but I couldn't jump out. It required me to log off and back on. Then I could jump. Had to do this three or four times.
