Seriously,
Morentin, I've chased a LOT of people, and while I (VERY occasionally) take out a moth solo, it requires such stupidity or dumb luck (usually both), that its not something I can rely on by any means. (Only times I've caught them is when they took me across 5-6 sectors, or when they accidentally hit 3-4 ion storms)
This IS a twitch-based game, but we're talking about a ship which detracts from it, just because it is not feasible to take one out.
