Last Stand to Save CtC...

No, the community will not like it, just like you said, Nya.

They will *love* it.

Many come to Vendetta because they are tired of conventional MUDs/MMORPGs, and they stay because VO offers more freedom than just about any other game ever made. Of the five friends I have convinced to join us here, three of them was first dragged into VO because of the enormous freedom, in both PvP, the economy, player interaction and the actual physical freedom.

(And of course an UIT killing a Itani with high UIT or Itani standing will loose UIT or Itani standing... if it happens in monitored space. If it happens in deep space, who's to say what really happened, and who will know?)

Edit: FF rules should go the way of representative democracy, the two alternative VCR formats no one can quite remember the name of, and lifelong fidelity.

And you are quite wrong here. Guild Software DOES want it this way. They DO want their game to be a full PvP game, with no restrictions.

Luckily, we have already received confirmation from incarnate that FF rules will be removed, once there are effective IN-GAME punishments for killing pilots who are not considered enemies.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but why not the number of active members into the calculation on who has done the most.

lets day Itani did 30 cargo captures and Serco did 20. There are 5 serco players and 10 Itani. The average per player for Serco would be 4. The average per player for Itani would be 3. Even the Itani has more cargo captures, Serco would win in this catagory because the Seroc had more per player. This would end population advantages.
