Vulnerable Ship Building Modules in Shipyards

We need structures in VO that can actually be lost. This will make the border redux work meaningful. Heres one idea.

Ships are avaliable in stations, but are build in modules in a shipyard located in the same sector. Stations only sell ships for which their shipyard has the same module. Modules can be destroyed. For example, a serco rading party could destroy the IBG module in Deneb 03, denying itani pilots the use of that ship - until the IBG module in the shipyard is rebuilt.

Ths shipyard would look like a large grid of cargo containers. Different modules have markings and shapes to help identify them. They are also organized in alphabetical order. Targeting a Ship Building Module yields the ship type it builds.
The shipyard is guarded by a turret.

Ship Building Modules come from the origional producer faction. They can be purchased and delivered to other shipyards, giving those associated stations the ability to sell new ship types. They are 200 cu and expensive. So, a pilot could buy a Raptor Ship Building Module from a TPG station, brave an XC trip thru Sedina B8, and deliver it to Sedina D14. Now pilots can purchase the Raptor at D14. Locally produced ship building modules are automatically rebuilt. It takes a few minutes.

Stations carry an inventory of ships built in their shipyard. When a ship is purchased, it is replaced with a new one flown in from the shipyard. So ship purchasing works as usual.
