Revenants are pretty models, the statline needs to be in consideration of the other revenants however, not just the Prometheus. Can't down vote an idea I proposed separately but some of the stats seem a little arbitrary.
I do agree however the other Revenants are very low level unlocks, and have rather *bad* stats for what they are. While this is considerably more powerful than the existing Revenant, the existing ones struggle to compete as it is.
Not to mention that this is a ship which has no faction variant.
I've also always thought that all of the Revenants need an armor boost, but that's another suggestion entirely.

The problem of it being usually a low level ship could easily be solved by making it a mission unlock. Said mission will only be available to people with Combat 8 or roundabout that. The fact that it has no special faction related variant just supports this.

I don't think reducing the differentiation between Serco and Itani ship choices by giving one side moderately nerfed versions of the other side's ships is desirable. I wouldn't be in favor of a Serco Marauder Elite Valkyrie-in-all-but-Name edition either.
To me, balance means that each side should have equipment available to it that is reasonably capable of defeating the other side's equipment. It does not mean that each side needs ships that fill exactly the same roles. The Itani should, perhaps have a ship that can take on the Prometheus in single combat and have an even chance of winning. It's arguable that the IBG and/or Valkyrie CAN do so. It's also arguable that one of those needs some sort of improvement to have a fair shot at it.
