Add an effect to show the difference between sectors that have a hive presence and those that don't for those who use colored notes on the navigation screen.

This what the very same hive presence looks like for someone that has sector notes on all those sectors:



Someone who has lots of sector notes, has no quick of seeing where the hive are, and has to mouse over to see which sectors indicate hive.

I suggest that there be an option in settings that would activate a blink or fade effect for the sectors that have hive. The more serious the infestation, the faster or brighter the fade/blink effect.
