Decouple rolling from mouselook

Currently, when you enable mouselook, your rolling is treated like a mouse input as well, meaning that your ship waits for your camera to rotate and then catches up. In large ships, this can be convenient, as you don't have to constantly hold an input to roll, but is inconvenient in small ships, as their speed of rotation is actually higher than the speed at which your camera rotates. This can be a limiter in those smaller ships. As I'm not using a mouse input to roll my ship, I think a few "rotation behavior" options should be added.

1. Roll normally: the simplest option. Treats rolling like how it is when you turn mouselook off.
2. Fixed camera roll: Your camera rotates like it does now with mouselook on, at one fixed speed, and your ship turns as quickly as it can to catch up.
3. Roll threshold: You set a certain rotation rate, and depending on your ship's max rotation rate it behaves differently. Below the threshold, the camera turns at the rate you set, and the ship moves to catch up. Above the threshold, your camera turns at your ship's max rotation rate. Useful if you want your capship/behemoth/ragnarok to catch up to your camera, but your fighters to turn at their best.

The camera could also just be set to rotate faster, but with ships like the superlight that would probably make the camera rotation too sensitive for most cases. I'd wager why the current speed is the way it is.
