Safe travels to all peaceful traders and explorers of all nations. BLAK gone or not active is a blessing. But I am sure other scumbag pirates and mercenaries will try to fill the momentary void. We must be watchful and not let down our guard.

I know my view is not popular but I miss BLAK. They might have been a pain, but they did make the game more interesting :)

blech....ever notice how pirates are some of the most interesting, fun, and social players in the entire game? BLAK will be missed :C..
no one has actually found out what happened to them all we know is that they are gone, i assume they havent quit completley but for some reason deciding to disband would be the best thing for them.I for one am actually sad they were the greatest pirates ever and we will have to tel stories to the newbs about them to let their everlasting memories move on.

So BLAK is gone without VPR and the IA having nothing to do with it, and now they also have nothing to do.
Not that they did much when BLAK was around, mind you, but in these post-BLAK days their strutting is even more pointless! I mean, before they boasted of stopping the pirate menace without doing any such thing, but now what are they going to boast about? stopping the newb menace?
BLAK's disappearance is a good thing, which will be made even better when VPR and IA go too...

The Itani Alliance will always be here,
A good guild for serco and pirates to fear;
It's sad that the guild known as [BLAK] now is done,
Should [IA] call this a hollow victory won?
Old foes unvanquished, but absent from space
Is cause for great pride, their presence erased;
Their spirits live on in the back of my mind,
For hints of new lineage soon did I find.
Mysterious faces that first seemed unique,
Have skills far greater than levels bespeak;
Old habits and styles and grammar yet show,
All too apparent to those "in the know."
Sightings of wisps and ghosts of the horde
Are making the news on VO's forum board;
"I thought I saw Shape, he was docked at a station!"
Or was it a figment of imagination?
Regardless of [BLAK]'s disappearance (or not),
The pirates of [syn] will now have a shot
To be easy targets for [IA] and [VPR],

As long as there is trade, there will be rats, and as long as there are rats, VPR will be there to eradicate them. We make free trade possible.
