Well, my post in suggestions basically sums up why. I've had enough of this, maybe I should "learn to move on" or "let it go", but honestly (and Borb can back me up on this after our multiple IM discussions) I've been doing that A LOT in responce to things VPR management has done, and this was the last straw.
So:
- I will attack any Viper I see without warning (as Maso did to me)*
- I do not represent IA in this, and if they ask me to I will resign
- If Maso 1) Posts admitting that he lied about who shot first AND 2) Appologizes that he kept this up for so long, I will end this war and in turn appologize for its existance
*I will offer those VPR who I had good relations with a cease-fire like thing. Basically it says that we treat each other as if there were still an IA VPR alliance. Also, any VPR besides Maso or M. Duncan may request one of these at any time and I will obey it as long as they do
Also, general VO should note that I'm not turning into a PKer (yet). This is against VPR and VPR only, if I kill you without what you feel is propper warning, I will likely let you kill me to make up for it.

Anyway, I guess CDC and IGPK are not enough to keep your interest if you're also going to take on VPR at the same time, Lecter.

Smittens thank you for your pathetic declaration of war. Do you remember that you have gone rogue a couple of weeks ago? Yes? Fine. Since that time you are considered as an outlaw by the Viper Guild. You know about the implications of this status (and you have that status thanks to *your* actions; not mine). So, there is nothing to discuss.

The IA-VPR alliance ended a looong time ago. VPRs are neutral toward IA as a guild, but smittens is now (obviously) hostile towards us, which makes him KOS.
Oh, and b.t.w., wouldn't it be nice if these little dramas had some actual relevance in game, instead of just being p***ing matches?

I would like to take this moment to thank Nerde Verde, Millenium Blackhawk, M. Duncan, and igrok for trying to give me some fun fights last night, even though a bunch of idiots kept ruining it. Sorry I had to log.

Seta switches off his holo display, and relaxes... then starts to chuckle... "that Smittens... he's a piece of work", he thinks to himself... and then smiles.
He rights himself in his chair, stands, and then slowly walks over to the council refreshment center... reaches behind the bar, and pulls out two bottles clearly emblazened "Roid Rammers".
Gingerly (his shoulder is still a bit sore), he reaches into his flightsuit right-thigh pocket and pulls out the ancient "bottle opener" his father gave him as a child. The same instrument Seta's grandfather had given him.
(he also giggles a bit, knowing that the "third-person" narative drives some a bit crazy... but, frankly, doesn't care. "I'm too old to care about such triviality...", he thinks to himself)
Each bottle is opened with a swift flick of the wrist, and the instrument is then replaced to it's rightful stowage.
Seta walks over to Hoax - still seated at Council's round table... and hands him one of the bottles, with condensation dripping from the exterior surface... "cheers!", Seta exclaimed... extending his bottle in a salutish fashion.
Hoax smiled at Seta... clearly understanding the gesture.
"Let the war begin... yet again...", Hoax smiled...
Seta grinned... and then walked towards the airlock... "I need some rest, if we are going to play...", he said. With that, he walked though the airlock... and headed for his oncall station.
"Nerde should get out his 'clue bat'... like it would do any good...", Seta chuckled to himself...
