A sector 16 treaty must be encouraged. This should be known as a sector of fun and co-operation.
Any player breaking this treaty should be KoS in sector 16 by all co-operating players.
But all that said, theres still the question of making it to the nearest avalible station (i.e. sector 5) with your newly aquired cargo, and that could be very interesting....lol

The sadistic's will sign.

p.s. Noobs in buses shouldn't be fired on...give them a chance!
Jan 25, 2004 DR link
noobs in buses shouldn't be in s16... also, if you make s16 a no-fire zone, anyone running away will just go there. This could keep their potential predator from coming to kill them. I know if I'm hunting someone down I don't want to go into a sector only to have everyone in it attack me simply because I'm firing weapons on another player in a "no pk zone"

This isn't mainly for n00bs in busses... This is mainly because it's a coop sector. And if you're slow enough that somebody you're chasing can make it to sc16, you deserve to lose them. It's a 5 min flight from the nearest station!
Jan 25, 2004 lunitary link
5 minute flight?
em...mabye i'm a bit lost here, but it's connected to s15 you know, which does have a station....
Jan 25, 2004 roguelazer link
And it's about 5 minutes out in space, especially with my engine.
Jan 25, 2004 Celestine link
Noobs in buses isnt ment to only relate to sector 16 but in general.

A no kill treaty in sector 16 should only be in place for those attacking the frigate, not as a hiding place for someone your chasing. Finish what you start.
Jan 25, 2004 roguelazer link
Oy. You say n00bs in busses shouldn't leave 4/6/12 too? Well, have fun playing in 4/6/12 for a few days straight.

yarr me will be on treaty. Unless someone attacks me of course
Jan 25, 2004 DR link
what i meant was more along the lines of not actively chasing someone sector to sector but rather this:

person a wants to kill person b but isn't actively chasing him at the moment
person b knows this and goes to s16 to be safe
person a now cant go after him because there are a bunch of coop freaks flying around blasting pkers
