Unfortunately, do to the reported actions of certain Serconian and Neutral Territories war criminals, this case has taken a turn for the worse. Our request for summary judgement has been denied and it appears as if we're in for the LONG haul. Discovery requests have been served on both sides. We are now filing a petition requesting the judge to deny the discovery requests becasue they are too broad and are of a vague nature.
I and my lawyers still have high hopes that this whole situation can be brought to a positive decision for us.
I would ask that the SAW please refrain from it's activities against the INM until this lawsuit is over. Needless to say, it is causing difficulties for me in this case.
