Same year as me... And I agree, school sucks. But I have the adminstrator/root passwords to every computer in the school, and can generally wander out of class to play with them at any time. So it's not that bad.
Well you guys can get mad at me on this one. I miss 6 days of school due to a fractured ankle. : )
And danielky, can you PLEASE stop bringing up ECAV everywhere? It's rather annoying.

Booo, I can't even right click on the computers at school. It's "for security purposes". :-/
All hail the mighty Koppix 3.6 disk! :P

Yeah, they have "Fortres Grand" installed on the computers to prevent right click and such. But it doesn't block the ctrl-shift-escape method of opening taskmanager. :P (Or alt-shift-escape, I forget. It's disabled under administrator account, so who cares!)
Nah, they did this through the Windows 2000 security settings. I talked to our IT advisor (the guy who knows stuff, not the guy who does stuff :P), and he said it was because there were security problems with the "send to" feature. Apparently, Windows 2000 doesn't offer enough granularity to be able to disable just that feature, so they had to get rid of right click entirely. Now, our network security in general is another thing... :-/
