Has anyone setup any guilds yet?

I know it's earlier in the game and the guild system is not up :P
But I was wondering anyway, if the vets from pre stress times were going to get together as a guild i.e. alot of vets getting together in a few different guilds?

I have played a few browser based games that unless you were in a alliance, you were toast.....plus it's more fun.

Does anyone know details about the up and comming guild system yet?
Is there going to be one?....a bloddy hope so ;p

I think the guild system has to be top notch, as thats what will keep people when they have done the solo thing.

You can already join and participate in a guild (become leader, lueitenants, council members). Indeed, there are several already established (I'm council member in one).

The only thing that isn't set up yet that the devs were plannign (from what I've heard) is guild-owned stations and capital ships.
