Dear Itani Siblings,
We have endured the attacks of the brutal Secro, and despite so many attempts at peace, they only grow in their bloodlust. I can also attest firsthand to the lengths to which they, and their allies, will go to gain the upper hand. The Serco Dominion must be eliminated, and only fending off incursions will not be enough. I fear even assults in Serco space will not be enough. Truly defeating the Serco will require a multi-edged strategy.
The Blade of Itan, christened in the blood of those who would conspire with our enemies, commits itself to the defence our boarders, providing assastence to our brothers and sisters of Itan who have had there lives upset by this war, attacking and distroying the Serco AND THEIR ALLIES in their home systems, maintaining our supply lines, and disrupting those of our foes. We encourage those who share our ideals, and desire to be an Agent of the Blade of Itan to contact me.
Agents of the Blade, who shall be know by the [BoI] emblem, are charged with the following:
1) providing all possable assistance to our Itani siblings, privided that requests are made with no malice tword the Blade
2) assuring that the supplies lines on which we Itani depend reman open and clear of threat
3) the disruption of enemy supply lines
4) and above all, the complete neutralization of the Serco Dominion and of its allies of all kinds.

yes destory the supply ships(the new cargo trader things), and cause massive price flucutations! cause an aquaian ore cost over 500credits! then not only will they have to deal with our might but also the economic chaos that is occuring in their country!....
