This addon will activate the animation that plays at the login screen (the station spinning in the background). It won't rotate directly around the station, but around the sector's origin point instead. The station should still be visible at most times.

how does me install

Same way as with any other addon now:

1) Create a folder in your Vendetta directory (show package contents on a mac) named "addons".
2) Unzip the file, put the extracted folder into the addons folder.
3) Start up VO. It should run on its own.

I simply modified ray's repair/reload script to make my version, but I don't think there's much of a need to post it since your's is available.

Now if only I could come up with ideas like this for the PCC...

WARNING! This will mess with the HAC interface, so don't use this if you're planning on docking with a HAC.

this is really nice i get low fps when really close to a station this puts space in between its really cool

When you're in the HAC, it spins the camera around the sector center, even when you're manning a turret :)

Updated to fix the capship bug.

stationspin no longer activates when docked with a capship. Also, commandline interface:

/stationspin [on|off] -- Turns the spinning on or off.
