My ignore list keeps disappearing at random.
It appears that it fails to load and then gets overwritten with the empty list.
No error messages or log entries are apparent.
It is possible the problem is in an unrelated area such as an interuption of the loading process before preventing any attempt from being made.
I havent been able to verify but I also suspect that this problem occurs right after the weekly patch.

This may also be related to the bug causing binds and aliases to not load but thats merely speculative for now.

Please send us a list of who you add to your ignore list. It's possible that there's a name that causes the list to fail to load.

Most of my ignores are shop bots and other spammy stuff along with vodr

Sadly I dont recall all of them.... drugs and memory issues ya know.
Its rare for most players to annoy me enuff to earn an iggy and past that I have no interest in remembering them.
I will update the list if I can think of them.

Well it finally disappeared again after 2 months. Nothing on it but the shop bots.

Are you having trouble with VO not closing out properly? are you multiboxing? I have noticed that my config.ini gets kinda borked when I do that, especially when the game fails to close gracefully. My solution to that was to get everything set the way I want and make a copy of the config.ini, then it's a simple drag and drop from the backup to a shortcut to the VO directory I put on my desktop for just such a job.

No. Im on the Oculus Go these days.
Its not a crash issue.
I think its not writing the data out properly.
A clash of the file i/o I think but I dont have a way to do any real testing.
