Current Keys showing up as blank
On all my characters I have keys that show up blank as in this picture. As far as I can figure out some of these keys should be active, but they don't work. I've had to get new keys in order to dock with capships and what not.
That is.. definitely not-awesome. We will take a look.
"inactive keys are blank" is not at all the same as "active keys are suddenly becoming inactive for no reason".

except that those arent active keys becoming inactive for no reason. those are blank inactive keys.

That's what we're looking into. Are keys transitioning directly from active to blank without user intervention. That's the reported bug, here.
I'm not trying to be needlessly pedantic, and I appreciate your thanks and such; I'm just clarifying that we are currently regarding these as two distinctly different issues:
1) This thread, in which active keys are becoming inactive without player involvement.
2) Your other thread, in which inactive keys are visually blank. We're aware of that issue.
Bugs is an area where we have to be extremely specific, otherwise people tend to post all kinds of "vaguely" related issues into the same thread, which is unhelpful (and in the past, has sometimes gotten so bad it has made specific Bugs-threads worse than useless).
