i had to format my HD and i installed everything again.
i configured the keysettings, but the console does not want to appear, if i press F9 (my bind for console, becaus the standart isn't very practical for german keyboard)
when i type /bind F9 in the Chat (wich is pretty deadly) i get "consoleToggle", so the bind is right, but nothing happens.

whats wrong? befor the reinstall it worked fine
