I took a patrol mission in Deneb, went to the assigned sector. It told me to kill any serco pilots I saw, but there were no serco pilots. No serco bot warped in. Then I got jumped by an invisible AII and ran away.

Seems like if there are more serco online then itani, that these will not be spawned...
