Ok, I got the problem fixed. I had to switch to DirectX8.1 GL Driver.
Yes, the OSes opengl drivers for radeon cards doesn't work very well. It's mainly the glow pass that doesn't work properly. That's why you're getting a big streak from lower right to upper left. That's where the quad is tesselated.
