I had lieutenant A and B, and a member C

I tried to expel my lieutenant A because he has not logged in since release. I got the message that A is not a member of your guild. I thought the guild list on the website probably wasnt updated and that A must have just left the guild while I was offline and proceeded to appoint C to lieutenant. That caused lieutenant B to be kicked from the guild as C took it's place. A is still listed as lieutenant, but I cannot expel him because he is not a member of the guild :)

Hmmm strange. It shouldn't replace a lieutenant, it should say that you already have 2 lieutenants. If you email me the character name, then we can remove that character from the guild manually if we also verify they haven't logged in recently.

It is possible that one quit while I wasnt looking, have to check on that. The character in question hasnt been online while I have after the incident yet.

Still when I try to Expel one it says he is not a member of my guild but he is listed on the website under Player Guilds.

How often is the Player Guilds list updated?

It displays exactly what's in the database within 1 minute I think.
