F2P Level Cap Reminder
It seems that a little too frequently someone on a F2P or Lite account asks why their levels are stuck at 4.
Solution:
Display a message as a reminder when they reach level 4 in their first license.
A further step might be to also redisplay the same message one time when they login again after such an occurrence.

The "Character Selection" screen should have an account info section, with ( at a minimum ) the account name and subscription plan. These might also be clickable links that will take you to the vo website where you can log in, view your account details, and upgrade your subscription.
The subscription plan (for all subscription types) should be listed on character log in (right before it tells you where you are and what buddies are online).
Edit: An in game account info screen should be under "Your PDA" > "Account" > "Info", that shows ( at a minimum) the account name and subscription plan. Other tabs could be added to the "Account" section in the future, as the devs see fit. For example, the "Account" section could have tabs "Info", "Subscription", etc... An ingame question about licence might invoke a response along the lines of "see: Your PDA > Account > Info".
Once per login, if a character gains experience that would take them above the licence limit, a message should be displayed "You have reach the Trade Licence limit for your subscription plan", for each licence type.

As I've been saying for a long time, we need smarter noobs.

Not because I think noobs need a reminder, but because it will remind them to stop being cheap and sub already.
I suggest something passive aggressive like "Remember, all license levels are capped at level 4 until you decide you want to support this game you are enjoying"

I don't mind the idea of the game gently encouraging F2Pers to sub by reminding them that subscriptions help to support the game. I do take issue with doing it with a bitchy passive aggressive tone. The game should coax, not cajole.
