The following commands need to be created for the use of guild commanders / Lts.
(Only senior/ higher players may alter junior/lower players)

Demote "player" -- changes a players status in the guild to member.
Rather then have several commands to handle demotions this sends a player all the way to member which is always available.

successor "player" - promotes named player to your current rank either by swapping both parties or making the retiring player a member. A way for the members to override this might be needed ie
/ vote impeach "player" or the like....
Over all this would create a way for a CO to replace themselves other then the current manual changes made by whistler...

Thoughts?

It makes sense, I think it's a great idea.
