well, thats the thing, liscences have nothing to do with a pilot's skill. not all pilots WISH to engage other pilots, and try to stay far away from them (course, this is silly, being an MMO, but whatev). If you wish to join in with other pilots, thats when you decide to seek out others on your own.

While I am against your suggestion, I am for anything that helps new pilots find older pilots who are willing to lend them a hand. I just think this isnt the way to go about doing that.

-1 to capping subbed players at combat 4. Not everyone is into combat but that shouldn't limit their combat licenses.

-1 to letting people confusingly delete the first post in a thread that has already been replied to.
