increase goliath power grid
nothing drastic, just from 55 to 60, so you can at least equip one capswarm and one caprail

The only difference from that response is that the capswarm is now 35 grid. You can still equip two caprails. Or a caprail and a cap cannon. Or a capswarm and a couple of gem turrets. Or a capswarm, and some firecrackers. There so many combos.
Basically, with the goli, you get best in class acceleration. That is a huge advantage. If you want more capital weapons, build a trident.

yeah yeah...it is still at a considerable disavantage without that one loadout
it's only 5 more grid to have one more loadout...not an advantageous one, just an appropriate one for defense

The rail gun on the back of the goliath is a killer app. It doesn't need more grid. And if you need more, just build a dent.
