the new up date has made caprail 1k energy per shot in a goli you can only shoot 4 times technically (with out recharge) and knowing the grid power of a goli you can only have a capswarm and some small gird power turrets. so i propose that caprail go to 750 energy per shot or 500 /or down the grid power of capswarms to 29 (so 2 capswarms on a goli but it cant have anything else)

also no to mention caprails on goli's are commonly used to fend off unrats with this caprail neft you will most likely lose you goli so just keep this in mind.
