Non destructive mines should not attract attention

Please remove the AI for focusing on non-damaging mines.

currently bots immediately destroy any mine that has been placed. This is was done to prevent issues caused by heavy lightning mine farming operations etc..

My suggestion and proposal is that this restriction isn't needed on things like percussion mines and other such mines that cause no damage.

Correcting this would have some positive effects on the game:
Mines become useful for escaping mass bot attacks and other practical issues. Currently nobody uses the non-destructive mines hardly at all. This would re-invigorate player usage of these assets and as such, are akin to adding assets to the game.

i dont even usemines, max is 40 a sector. bots shoot em when close so u cant blockade wormholes. useless in hive sectors and only useis to give u half asecond as they shoot the mine and not u if fleeing. kinda defeats the use of a mine.

If I recall, we already changed this so that bots would ignore mines over 2000m away.

I don't have a problem with that, as far as I can tell? We could at least give it a try and see what happens. Concussion mines could still be used to slam bots into asteroids and such, or in close quarters to create some kind of "crack botting" scenario.

But, we could perhaps try making the awareness-distance pretty low for that type?

I mean, that is literally why he's making this suggestion.
