Make Flechettes take only 2 grid

The flechette is a neat gun with questionable actual use. There are lots of different ways to balance it, but by my measure, the consensus is “it’s not good enough for what it is”, so my suggestion is to change what it is:

Drop the flechette’s grid usage to 2. This way it can be paired with higher grid usage weapons, allowing for mild damage over none at all. On the small ship side, you could finally pair a Widowmaker or Ultra Positron with another weapon that doesn’t dramatically outclass anything else. On the large ship side... well, if the HV Gat gets a buff, it could be a unique pairing for a flak ragnarok/centaur.

Don't forget that the flechette cannon throws on another 500kg and one of the big reasons that CWM/CUPB setups are as deadly as they are is in large part because they're extremely light.

Personally I'd rather it get a good mass drop with a slight increase in damage because as it stands it's still pathetically useless.

I did some preliminary math too. The Flechette is perfect for this because of its weight, too. You can add it on your rev c or Corvult with a widowmaker but you’re paying for a larger hit chance with terrible EPS and more weight. The weight, low damage, and low auto-aim of the flechette means you’re not overpowered even with a widowmaker. By my own math any ship that can mount two weapons would do equal if not better with a LENB and Orion XGX. But it’s still a piece of utility that allows for more dynamism in loadouts, which I think is paramount.

+1. A way to fix fletchettes without making them OP. And finally a pair for the CUPB and the CWM.
