Trade Interface

One of the problem areas I have encountered is the trade interface between players should be simpler. Dropping something in space for the other player to chase it around and pick it up is acwkward at best. It would be nice to be able to just click on a players ship, open a trade window and complete the trade. Just my two credits worth.

this has been discussed, and trading between players would add a lot to the game. However to alter your idea just a bit, it makes more sense for both players to have to be docked. Have a console command such as /trade "name" open a trade request dialouge with that player and then(provided they accept it) you get a window where you can put stuff up for trade both from your ships cargo hold and what you have in the station storage.

Alternatively, when the devs redo the station interface, there might be a way to click on the names of other people in the station in order to make the trade request, (maybe from the bar)

If you want to trade in deep space, the way we do it now is exactly how you would have to do it in ships this small.

OK, the In station trade interface makes sense. And i think it would accomplish what i suggested nicely. :)

But, let me insist, I wish a reference to the cost of materials in other stations, directly or almost my own board to save the list, I wish to know where to sell better!

Ahh but the ability to know what to buy and where to sell it is integral to the success and skill of a trader. There's no challenge if it is all laid out for you to easily grasp.

That's right, for this reason, I write two alternatives if you wish that all the job keep on the trader, I wish a trader board, then I visit a station take a note for the matterials I want and keep this data on my console (I dont use real paper anymore). Dont You !
