The Flech is a vary cool gun to use, I know I for one love to use it. How ever to use it in well just a bout any thing is like tying your hand behind your back in a bar fight where the other guy has a knife. It's just not smart to use it sadly. However I have used it a bit (I guess it's a good thing I'm not smart) I think that I would be better to use if it had a little less drain and less mass. As I see it this is a great fighter vs. fighter gun, it's spread makes it hit the target more and it's low damage keep it from being uber. How ever you can still in a good fight only get the other guy down to 50% before he gets you. I would recommend taking the mass down too 150 as this would make your aim a little better and dropping the drain to 7. I think this would really help make this gun used more.

I agree with Borb. I would use it more if it was a little less draining.

Maybe Borb's idea could be implemented as the Flechette Mk III?

Yes  Solra Bizna is right! This would make my 100 pk medal good for something other then a visual deterrent for n00bs who want to start a fight when I'm trading.

NOOOOO I LOVE MY RAILS! Course we don't have to replace the rail guns with flechette. Once you hit the 100pk mark you could get better long range (rails) guns, better missiles (dear god not swarms that would be too unbalanced), and short range (flechette). Just a thought but that would be alot more incentive for PvP, and i'm sure it wouldn't be hard to upgrade a gun by a tiny bit so it's not unbalanced.

Yeah I started using my new rail guns mk3 for the first time today, vary fun gun to use. I took out a prom with them. :D But I would still like to see a flach mk3 given out. Maybe at 500 pks? Give me something to work for. :D

Hmm, you know, it would be interesting if a player had a few weps to choose from when they got their medal. If they liked rails they could choose a mk II, mk III or advanced rail. But it would be a decision they could make only once.

This would prevent people from "getting everything in the game" and would allow players to use their medals to augment their style of play.

How about a Rapid-Fire Rail Gun?!?!? O_o
