so i have no escort, hive, but most important of all no manufacturing missions am in the process of building tri at Latos I-8

Do you still not see any missions? What station are you at?

I have a similar issue. I get a mining mission from Itan E7 for 60 crates of premium silicate. I go and mine the silicate and bring it back and it says the crates were all delivered successfully but I don't get a complete mission button like on all the others. WTH is going on?
