I dowloaded the trial version and loved it. I signed up for three months without hesitation. now when I try to play it takes me to the character selection screen. And then it just stays there. I have created two new characters but it will not do anything!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing but play music like it's going to work. After two days of this I'm getting a little frustrated. Does anyone have any ideas?

Like Ray says, creating a support ticket (left side, buttom option) is probably the best bet for now.
