licenses error
no matter how many missions I do, I can not increase the license of battles or heavy weapons.

The issue boils down to that your playing as a free-to-play pilot; to advance above liscence 4 in any way, you must get premium time added to your account.
Please consider getting premium time added to your account; you can purchase a whole month of premium time for 10$, or more months at a reduced rate. You can do so within the app, by going to your PDA and following options>payment>[this screen]...or something like that. been a while since I looked at it, actually. You can also purchase on the website here, too. unrelatedly, you can also purchase a camo-skin livery for your vulture there too ;)
If you cannot or do not wish to pay for VO, you can continue as f2p tier; the universe is fairly open to you still. however, premium time allows you to access the game on PC, as well as removing the requirements for gems, removing liscence restrictions, and allowing you to hold guild administrator positions.
There are 3 ship types that have no f2p tier, but generally at least one model of every ship type can be used even by free pilots. with an in-game mechanic, you can actually use ~any~ type of equipment regardless of liscence requirement, though you should practice with your existing options first.
