I don't remember much about BlackHack (yes, you read right), but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he's not a pirate, making him and Bojan the only two on that list that are not.

Well, I've gotten one bounty legitimately and two because people asked me to kill them. Grand total of 3. (And the last one was bogus, ask tumble...) I never pay attention to bounties unless someone tells me, usually.

I'm not saying that you need to be removed. I'm just pointing out that a system with a single commander (the founder) isn't what I would call the strict exercise of democracy.

Totally off topic... but I "own" this thread (I started it)... and it was/is a real "congrats", complete with humor...
but... since you brought it up:
Democracy (de-mok're-si), n. democracy, popular government < demos, the people + kralein, to rule.
1. government by the people, either directly or through elected representatives; rule by the ruled. 2. a country, state, community, etc. with such government. 3. majority rule. 4. the acceptance and practice of the principle of equal rights, opportunity, and treatment; lack of snobbery. 5. the common people.
I am but one voice, one vote. And my voice has always been heard, and respected... and my vote has always been counted. Is that a democracy? I'd say so...
We've had all sorts of individuals infiltrate the ranks (and will in the future, for sure)... but they were/are offered the same opportunity to voice their opinions, etc. There *has* to be some ultimate authority, however... and that is the Cmdr and Lts... We, Council, have the privilege of serving with them, and also the power to remove them... Is that a democracy? I'd say so...
We aren't perfect, but then again, we have fun and our mission stands as stated. Always has. We haven't waivered from it. Anyone not with the "goals" at heart (those with different motives) cannot understand that... and, therefore, they will be exposed eventually by their own volition...
