The thing you need to do is find a sucker or a chump. Then, in front of them... dump the Vult out of yer moths cargo hold. When he gets angry that he can't use it because of the lack of engine... you explain that he cant because his low standing caused the engine to be removed when he docked.

Then you tell him to make it up to him, you'll sell him an HAC. At a discount... only 500 million. You show him NPC cappies and how you cannot dock cause they are not yours (voys you are not grouped with).
Then, you show him the SMV Nemesis and how you can dock, because you own it and explain that after you type "/give "chumps name here" ship: SMV Nemesis" it will be his and he can fly about with nigh invulnerability.

He starts drooling, pays... you undock and leave.

That's just too hilarious to be called dishonest.
