Saver: I reservedly agree. Extortionists can be reasoned with and we can all carry on with our comings and goings in the verse. Belligerent partisans such as SKV seem to be inflicted with a bloodlust and crave hostilities. This is evident in their ludicrous terms for a Non Aggression Pact with TGFT and their continued tyranny over the three stations. For my part I appreciate the reasonable services FAMY provides, especially in minimizing the number of free agents engaging in piracy. If only an agreement could be reached whereby FAMY no longer actively defends SKV tyranny over the three conquerable stations.

1. casus belli for this war is well known. You can call us all the names you want, that is exactly what losers in any war say about the winning side. Your vanity and your reliance on spreading lies about this war, as well as resorting to manipulation and cheating will be your ultimate downfall.
2. there are no terms for a Non Aggression Pact with TGFT nor there ever were any

3. TGFT pays monthly rent for access to SKV stations in the amount of 100 mil. credits.
However, if you can get it through that thick skull of yours - all offers were rejected.
SKV will not put any more offers on the table and this war will go on forever.

I don't want to derail or detract from the discussion at hand, which is quite entertaining, but I did want to comment on our station policy.
FAMY has long held the position that we help defend resources which we are granted access to, so long as the attacker is also providing us access. Before the whole SKV/TGFT thing started, I remember that YT communicated this position to TGFT on several occasions. TGFT could have made the decision to enlist our services by granting such access but chose not to. SKV had the good sense to do so.
For us to offer this arrangement again to TGFT would require that:
A) TGFT be able to formally commit to a long-term understanding of such an arrangement along with a demonstration that they can abide by such an arrangement.
B) Demonstration that TGFT has the ability to hold stations for any significant period of time.
At present neither seems likely.
We strive to remain as neutral as possible given the nature of our business, and I have personally lobbied on several occasions to remove KOS designation for TGFT as a whole which was applied for the individual actions of specific TGFT leadership.
Please continue the discussions.
