I should probably point out, Zoras, that Lecter is a blood-sucking law student, not a flesh-eating lawyer.
Dr. Lecter is a doctor, he "relieves" people of their *flying* problems :D
Ah... nonetheless... he is more capable to handle his own case than I, a Physics Major.

3. you havent provided for cross examination
4. your entire case is based on eyewitness testimony during war tme with witnesses who have obvious political motives.

3. Cross examination is done by the defense attorney, ie Lecter in this case. When there's a trial, I'm sure he'll get his chance

Mayhaps the same stuff "Commander" Mogul is, I bet. Everyone knows this "trial" is a sham; however, that doesn't mean we cannot have fun with it, just try to be a bit less serious about it and let's give it the air of a true celebrity trial!

We can add a lot of paparazzi breaking in into the proceedings halfway, claiming Freedom of Press, then have them subjugated with Serco guises, and then shortly after Miharu announces she's expecting Lecter's baby from that weekend; a lot of people then make a bunch of comments about the trial, maybe even get Ray or Momerath to give us a piece of their mind. The media begins to run documentaries on Lecter, some pro, some against, with grainy footage and unreliable accounts and testimonies and then, at the end of the trial, we top everything off when, as the verdict is about to be read, Smittens jumps up from the stands and yells out "Lecter, I love you!!!"
Oh, and somewhere among there LeberMac is taken to the ER ward of some hospital or other due to alcohol poisoning.

Monitoring the channels from inside his (par for the course for [ITAN]) poorly shielded cell, Doctor Lecter first sighed, then winced. It was getting fugly out there, no doubt. And while a lynch mob in good taste might be acceptable, this was something else entirely.

Now make no mistake, I have no love for Dr. Lecter, but once again I see ITAN acting all pompous and claiming jurisdiction where they have none.
