I can beat my own taur... I can beat teh Lebertaur... I might be able to beat the Lectaur... I don't think I can beat the Mecha Touariustaur

Um, the Lebertaur™ is a purposefully-stupid combat vessel and is not to be taken seriously as a threat. That being said, if I have ever killed you when in the Lebertaur™, then hang your head in shame.
This thread is wildly spinning off-course. I'd volunteer to be a judge for the Itani side but I don't think Lecter would approve. Then again, I could be wrong.

Hmm. I go away for two weeks and you land your ass in a ITAN cell. If I was there would that have happened? Absolutely not, as you said lecter "personal advisarial relationship" therefore it's my job to capture/kill you not them. I would have gone to great lengths to capture you and deal with you myself. Now ITAN has gone and pissed on my whole vendetta. :(

The preliminary facts-finding investigation is not to be cluttered with irrelevant chatter. Please clean up your posts.
The facts-finding period will end on February 21th. At that time, documents, testimonies and any other relevant material that will be retained for the investigation will be analyzed.
On February 28th, charges will be laid based on these documents and the defense will be given copies of retained documents for cross examination.
On march 7th, a penel of judges (no jury) will be nominated and court adjourned until March 14th. At that point, the defense is required to send their documents and answers to the laid charges.
The panel of judges will base their decision based on the retained prosecution documents and the defense documents.
Sentence or sentences, provided Lecter is found guilty on one or more charges, will be given soon after and executed, so to speak.

Maybe *I* should be a judge! Lecter's /buddy, yet Itan. Who can beat that?
Most normal people would see that as precisely why you shouldn't be on the judges' panel.
Oh of course, how could I forget! My damn credentials that make me more impartial than you, are of course worth nothing in this day and age when trials have been decided before they take place

I think Smitt would be out of place on the judging panel anyway; it's a military tribunal, not a public trial.
